This Privacy Policy applies to both tundehorvath.com and centerinbetween.com, both operated by Ascon Consulting International B.V. (trading as center in-between), Previnairestraat 7, 2013 BW Haarlem, Netherlands (KvK: 89308387).

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch UAVG. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. What data we collect and why

On tundehorvath.com (Squarespace):

• Name and email address, when submitted via a contact or enquiry form. Used to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to a direct request).
• Basic usage data and cookies collected by Squarespace (e.g. pages visited, device type). Used for website performance and analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Where cookies are used for analytics, your consent is requested via the cookie banner.

On centerinbetween.com (Kajabi):

• Name, email address and payment details, when you create an account or make a purchase. Used to manage your account, deliver your purchased content and process payment. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Usage data (e.g. courses accessed, login activity). Used to deliver and improve the platform. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Community contributions (posts, comments). Used to operate the community. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

2. How long we keep your data

• Contact enquiries: up to 2 years, or until the enquiry is resolved.
• Account and purchase data: for the duration of your account, plus 7 years for financial records (as required by Dutch law).
• Analytics data: in line with the retention policies of Squarespace and Kajabi respectively (typically 26 months or less).

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third-party platforms needed to operate our websites and deliver our services: Squarespace Inc. (website hosting and forms — tundehorvath.com), Kajabi LLC (platform hosting, course delivery and payment processing — centerinbetween.com), and Stripe Inc. (payment processing, via Kajabi). These parties act as data processors under GDPR and are bound by data processing agreements. Some data may be transferred outside the EU (to the United States); where this occurs, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

4. Cookies

Both websites use cookies — small text files stored on your device. These are used for essential website function, security and, where you consent, analytics. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner on each site or through your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your use of the sites.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data (right to erasure);
• object to or restrict how we process your data;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format (data portability); and
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tundehorvath.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active platform members by email.
